    It is is extremely well written and fantastic advice not using over complicated writing

    Ok. I will give it a go. Although I know I drink too much caffeine and don’t get enough sleep already.
    I have had oats with soya milk for breakfast so not a bad start

    educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the
    nail on the head. The problem is something which too few
    people are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy I stumbled across this

    What a beautifully written blog,a light conversational touch alongside essential information. Whilst I recognize that food affects mood I’ve yet to see how to tackle it sensibly. Until now. Thank you so much Serena!
